Step 1

Pop in to our sales and marketing suite at Marlborough Park anytime between 10am and 5pm - no appointment necessary.

Step 2

Tell us what you want. There are so many different designs and homes at Marlborough Park you're sure to find the property that's right for you.

Step 3

We want to make your dream happen, so we have a variety of ways to purchase a property at Marlborough Park.  Just ask one of our sales team to talk you through your options:

  • Buy
  • Part Buy, Part Rent
  • Rent to HomeBuy
  • Rent

Step 4

Speak to an independent financial advisor to confirm you are able to secure any finance you require.

Step 5

Reserve your plot and pay the £500 reservation fee.

Step 6

You will need to instruct your solicitor to manage the purchase of your new home.

Step 7

Complete your mortgage application and receive your mortgage offer (if applicable).

Step 8

Sign the contract of sale and then you can legally exchange contracts and pay your deposit (if applicable).

Step 9

Attend your personal home demonstration appointment with our Customer Services Manager.  We'll show you around your new home and explain how things work and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and have a good look around.

Step 10

Complete the sale and move in. Once you have completed your purchase you can pick up your keys and start your new life in your new home.
